“What I love about painting is not reflecting about who I am – it’s almost as if I’m not a lot to do with it- just being with movement and stillness, the joy of colour and splish splash. Something happens- I might follow, something appears, it might turn into a something or not- I might paint over the whole lot- it’s not so precious. Yet sometimes something happens which feels right – I have no idea what that means or why/how it happens!!”
